I do want to give a few more thoughts on Bandersnatch. In general I love meta stuff but it really has to strike a good balance; the "CYOA" commentary was good, so was all the concepts of free-will, and the predesignated ending, but the ending with the "game" being developed for Netflix definitely went too far. I also wish there could've been hidden third options for when you didn't want to choose between two, I tried a couple of times anyway and it always just chose something for you. Not too big a deal but would've been a nice touch for some scenes in particular. I do also want to put a spotlight on like every performance, they really helped carry the episode at times, especially Will Poulter. The Jerome F. Davies background story was scary and neat too.

I'd like to see this type of concept explored some other time, there's definitely room for improvement here.

I have mixed thoughts on the Netflix thing. Like, I wouldn't have minded it if it was just one Easter Egg ending, among like over a dozen endings. But making the decision of it being Netflix/Branch/PACS such a major point kind of threw it. I was rolling my eyes by the third time the Netflix option came up.

Overall though I really liked it. Ultimately more options than I thought there'd be (looping paths showing up differently was awesome) even if I wish certain aspects were expanded just a bit.

Melee's physics are ridiculously overrated. The physics could be objectively perfect in every way and there'd still be a bunch of people complaining that they're not melee

Ultimate is very easily better

Well whatever they are, they can't forge Neab shooting Reg and claiming it despite me claiming town vig. They can't forge Red and Death being phantom thieves. And they probably dont forge Chris being scanned innocent since they already HAD a godfather. So it doesnt really effect us much. The question is, who out of Mzero/Ashe/JB/God is town.

you're making some big assumptions about what forging does for someone who apparently doesn't know what a forger is either?

Kind of redefined what indie games could be for me, and I'd point to it being a big part of the start of the incredible wave of indies that's hit over the last decade (though I'll give Braid in '08 and Limbo in '10 some credit for that too)
