Every DK stage is a dang jungle. Ice Cave Chant feels out of place on every one of those stages.

One thing I was hoping for years was that the next Smash Bros game would have a Tropical Freeze stage. Then they had to go and make bringing back all classic stages the priority in this one...

I'm not saying it's not worth it, but it's still kind of a bummer

So I've been watching this trailer at least three times a day since it came out. I might keep it up to release.

I also noticed weirdly enough the Japanese version uses different gameplay footage. It's of the same scenes, but there are little changes between them. I guess they had someone play through each version separately to record the footage? Kind of odd.

I think the ability to make any song from a series to play on any stage in that series was a mistake. It makes it so much harder to choose the right songs per stage, and it's not like I want to have the original SMB music play on New Donk City anyway...

What's the difference between all the versions of Kingdom Hearts that have appeared already?

Why is there more than one method to make Kingdom Hearts appear? What were all the methods?

Why did Xehanort say that the original organization 13 weren't good enough for his master plan but in Kingdom Hearts 3 he just brought them all back anyway?

Why did Donald and Goofy not know what Yen Sid's tower was in KHII when they had been there before?

What the hell was the point of that book on Yen Sid's desk in Kingdom Hearts 2?

Why are heartless called Heartless when they don't have bodies, and nobodies called Nobodies when their main deal is that they don't have hearts?

These are just some of the things that bug me.

Also, is there any way to set it so the music so that all the songs for a given level have a reasonable chance of playing beyond going in and individually setting the level of every song for every stage? The way it's set up by default seems ridiculous. Why even bother putting in so much music if like >1/2 the songs in the game will never end up being heard?

There's usually only one or two of every song for each stage that's set to be played very high. So just set those down really low and it would match all the other songs more or less equally.

So even though I'm massively under-powered I've been getting easy Ace Spirits by picking Ness and a bunch of strong throwing spirits and only choosing stages that have walk off edges. I just camp the edges and then toss them to their doom.

Shinji Hashimoto recently tweeted he wants Sora in smash though. I think the whole thing with cloud is less a company thing and more of just a general rights issue.

is there any way to reorganize the roster on the character select screen? Having it organized by number is so dumb. Organizing it by series looked so much cleaner and made it easier to find everyone.

Haha, I find it so much easier to find characters on the select screen than in Smash 4. I generally remember what order each character was introduced so it's no problem. Meanwhile Smash 4 had weird little quirks like Little Mac appearing before the Zelda series that always threw me off.

For a stage I'd like to see a battle taking place on the payload with teams fighting around it. Stage Hazards would be them using their Ultimates.
