Apparently they only let you watch one of six movies a day. And these movies are basically four Indy movies and two other more mainstream films. But every day it's the same four Indy movies. Like, I know the movie is going to be awful, but I wanted to see Slender Man this weekend. Well, I can't see it on Saturday, the day it's playing, but I can see it Sunday but they aren't going to be allowing a viewing that day.

What the fuck. I get limited availability for certain big movies, but you're telling me I can't see fucking Slender Man a week after release when I want? What the hell? This is absolutely the worst thing they could have done. I defended other stuff they did not even a week ago, but this is legitimately awful.

I think with Nia and other things here we're overlooking is fat versus muscle. Muscle makes you stronger and more capable of doing fine motor functions that wrestling requires. Fat hinders it. The reason Nia has issues is because, presumably, she has more fat than she has muscle to counteract that. It makes her more clumsy. She literally dropped Charlotte on her head because she couldn't hold her up enough and she had to drop her. I can't remember what she did to Bayley (despite being there live) so I can't speak on that. But I know Charlotte was entirely for that reason. If she lost fat and gained more muscle, I think she'd be in better shape. I think that's how guys like Owens, Joe, and Hero can do it, is because they have the muscle to back that up. I've always felt Nia did not have that.

It's also why I feel like it's disengenous to bring up an argument about Mandy Rose being 5 pounds away from being overweight when anyone who practices body building knows that the BMI is a crock of shit. The girl has like no fat on her but she has a ton of muscle. Of course she's technically going to be overweight, but if you check out her muscle to fat ratio she's killing it. Mandy Rose can do a lot more things than Nia can ever do, and if she tried to do that move Nia attempted to Charlotte, I think she'd have a much easier time of it because of her body type compared to Nia's.

I think they absolutely watered the Iconics down to repetitive jokes and promos. At the very least, you have to admit that they aren't nearly as entertaining as they were in NXT. Most promos just go the same way with Peyton coming out and mocking this person and then Billie laughing and saying it's hilarious. That's good every so often but man. They run everything into the ground.

Carmella and Bliss are even worse because they still do that bad fakeout nice promo thing. And everyone involving them retaining their titles tends to be the most ridiculous nonsense that it's almost insulting that Asuka or Nia Jax loses to it.

Another major reason I've given up watching is that every time I like an NXT act, they get to the main roster and just bomb because they don't know what to do with them. Elias is the one guy I can think of in years that actually got a decent treatment on being called up.

I thought it was obvious he was talking about implants though. He just doesn't really get how to use candor because I think he's just so used to robotically talking about wrestling without considering people and their feelings.

Although it's sad this got mired into his point he was attempting to make about WWE watering down every single good NXT act like the Iconics and making them just another group, because I think it's a decent discussion point.

Yeah, they've screwed up so unbearably much. The only reason I'm still playing it is because I'm in a really good alliance where we're all active, so at the very least we get a lot of raid loot and ability boosters. But a lot of their raids end up being impossibly hard to beat, even for the whales. I just don't know if I have it in me to keep grinding for literally hundreds of one loot just to craft one piece of gear, especially when after that, they're upgrading to a brand new gear tier! I get they want longevity in this game, but this is actual insanity that you need to grind so much of that out.

It's extremely frustrating to have to deal with any of this, and there is no communication from the dev team and they seem to double down on making the game super frustrating. I can even live with the dumb orb thing if there was a possible way to unlock them after the event. But when the hell am I going to be able to level up or unlock anyone like Deadpool, Cable, Ant-Man, Wasp, or Scarlet Witch again? I've been five shards away from unlocking Thanos for months now with no shot in the future of unlocking him because even though there are Thanos Raids running, they're still not offering Thanos shards!

So yeah, that's where I am now. I wish they would address the ridiculous grind and other issues in the game, but it doesn't seem like it except for this speed buff/debuff nerf they have been talking about for seemingly forever.

Meanwhile in Marvel Puzzle Quest they unloaded Supports that give you minimal buffs, they're impossible to collect without spending tons of money, and they're even more impossible to level up. And aside from that, it took them 2 years to nerf a guy who dominated PVP and everyone begged for him to be nerfed, and they only add high level characters and nothing for middle ground. There has been no other content added. It is actually the most stagnant thing. And I can handle the grind there because I play rather casually, but it's just very boring without any sort of new content anywhere.

I've been playing Marvel Puzzle Quest, but that's become super stale without basically any real imptovements to the game in a long while, and I have been playing Marvel Strike Force which has a bunch of issues, but the most of all being quite possibly the worst loot grind I have ever seen in a mobile game that seems impossible to overcome without spending oodles of cash, so that's getting less fun.

I've given Moviepass about $120 and saw almost $700 worth of movies. I finally cancelled due to the latest bullshit (only two movies available per day) and switched to AMC A-List.

Moviepass was glorious while it lasted, but I knew its days were numbered. Hilarious watching them change their tactics every few days to slow the bleeding.

See, this kind of stuff is weird to me. I think some of their restrictions are a bit too much now, like new, popular movies being blocked from being used, but stuff like not being able to watch more than one movie a day or the same movie more than once seems totally reasonable to me.

Like, you're getting a fucking steal already. Just because they say "Well, we're struggling now and we'd like to try and make it so people aren't taking total advantage of our product for our ridiculous low price" shouldn't mean they should get dumped on for such a thing. Why should you be allowed to watch more than one movie a day for the price of $10 overall? Why should you have to be allowed to see the same movie over and over again for $10? Why be so entitled to this subscription service where you admitted to having saved hundreds of dollars you otherwise would have spent watching movies?

And the absolute naivity by people to think for a second that once Movie Pass dies that AMC A-List won't be making a ton of restrictions on it is crazy. The only reason AMC A-List is exists is to kill Movie Pass.

Also, this is probably the idea of Colt's lawyer. I read the action and... Yeah. The lawyer only represented Colt on the pretenses that Punk was paying, as documented via text and various other conversation. I actually listened to the Colt podcast where he said he was retiring after this case. Turns out he has one more case because Punk won't give him his fucking money.

This guy is going to win, likely, and Punk will probably lose even more. Not sure what he expected here. It will most likely settle though.

Why do they have to pay if they won the case

They have to pay for attorneys fees and court fees. They were defending against Amann, not prosecuting him. They basically fought to not lose the case and money. Were they to settle then, it's likely they would have lost less money because these expenses would not have been drawn out by the giant corporation. That's why most times when it's a big company suing a little man, they settle. Because they will just string along the case until they are forced to settle as a result of dwindling finances.

Yeeeeah, that's pretty shitty of Punk. I get wanting to fight the WWE in this case since they pretty much had this case in the bag. Unfortunately it was drawn out to fleece money from both Punk and Colt, and they would have saved money if they settled. But if a dude says to you that you will pretty much win the case and that your legal fees would be paid entirely, you go for that.

I sincerely doubt that Colt would have still stayed on this case had Punk not said that, but they needed Colt in this case to make it a lock that a jury would vote in their favor.

But yeah, pretty shitty way to treat your best friend.

They really can't cut away to player interviews because the players are getting ready for their matches too and need to strategize and watch the games in front of them to see their future opponents. Usually in GDQ the players there get interviewed before the run before them, if not later, so they have plenty of time to practice stuff before their run if they need to and such.
