Im physically ill as fuck and I have really fucked up mental health sometimes. Ive been eating meat from a certain store and wondering if that's it. Im going off it today what meat? 1st day was bratz which were either bad or I cooked wrong cause I couldn't stomach the taste but didn't immediately feel bad after. Next 2 days were chicken which actually a friend ate the 1st day too and had no problem. Im literally going from laughing at every joke in Arrested Development and yawning 30 times to laying down and getting restless leg syndrome and just uncomfortableness. Which my only experience with restless leg syndrome is not taking my medication which I have been. --- There will always be exceptions.
