I got it from Humble Store for 10% monthly discount + like 70 cents I had saved in my wallet, so not too bad.

This game has so much playtime possible I don't really feel bad about paying full price for DLC for it anyway

This is one of my fav games ever made, but I literally just bought Dharma for EU4 for $8.50 like a week ago and I am really into a few CCGs right now. Still will probably get sidetracked into ck2 soon enough

Just randomly clicked on this and decided to post because I remember this guy. He was Xsquader, and quite a bit of a troll on Current Events around the 2000-2003 time. So much that people were actually going to CJayC and asking him to ban him.

I thought he was entertaining, if not a bit annoying.

Anyway, I like to think GameFAQs users just kinda..."grow out" of their online mannerisms (especially those who were active in the earlier days of the 'net) and live their lives normally. It's pretty unfortunate that he never did. Toward the latter half of his tenure on these forums he was posting some weird shit...like how he was going to sue GameFAQs for libel because they weren't nice to him. Apparently he took this stuff seriously and became one of those guys that thinks everyone is out to get him and he's got to build a big case and unravel all the problems of the world. That's the last thing he was arrested for before this, I believe. It's a bit sad how someone so misinformed and delusional could get locked up like this, even if he probably deserves it. IIRC around the time he was here, he shared personal details of his life that made me think he had it a bit rough when growing up.

On an additional note, I remember the three biggest trolls on CE back then including him and you were one of them, duckbear.

lol I am the exact opposite. I love Victoria 2, EU4 and CK2 but cant get into HOI no matter how many times I try. The million different troops and focus on combat as well as having to learn land, naval and sky warfare just is too much for me every time. I know i would love it if i ever learn it though

You need to play The War of the Lions version.

I really want to play this version, because I've never played it. But the only way I can play it is on my iPhone 8 (regular size) which is not a huge screen, and it's also more expensive than the PS3 version

Note that I have played FFT before. I have the PS disc, but I think that my disc is bad.

The phone version is the best(I believe its universal) Its the only one with the HD graphics and they fixed the slowdown from spells and it has the superior translation. Its the definitive version

People talk shit about Hearthstone, but I think it'll end up being cheaper to be competitive in that game than it is in Artifact.

No. Artifact apparently you pay $20 for 10 packs and 2 starter decks. There is no in game economy or way to earn cards for free at all. You pay $2.00 a pack or pay whatever the community decides the card is worth on the market.

This is strictly a premium pay 2 play game no way to play for free at all

Steam is possibly worse than GameFAQs when it comes to whiny entitled gamers throwing tantrums because of something they don't like. People on there will review bomb games that they play 1000 hours and have always enjoyed simply because the devs make some insignificant update.

That is more an issue with the review system imo. Its pretty much the only way gamers can be heard easily and it seems to work (sometimes) with devs that care.
