#360 | Finished Citrus, both anime and manga. First half of the anime reminded me what I liked about the Citrus, second half reminded me of what I didn't. Especially how pointless that last arc in the anime was. "You're her best friend aren't you? Why won't you support her?" ...They literally just met. As for the manga, I would say Mac pretty much covered it in an earlier post, but the stuff that happened after the anime was pretty good. Though the last few chapters were a pain to read. Ending felt incredibly rushed and predictable as well, but it wasn't bad. All in all, even though the writing was pretty bad throughout parts of it I still enjoyed it for the most part. It was one of the few manga I regularly followed too, so now I'm down to one less of those. --- |
