They literally don't know what the fuck they're doing, it seems like. I literally saw this one dude in a doctor's exam roleplay basically go ham on sliding his hands all over a keyboard because the hypothetical patient liked it. Like. Who in the fuck WOULD like that? It's all just so forced. Or in some cases it's more about the person trying to be "sexy" or something, or it's literally just strange and fucked up shit. I mostly just limit myself to educational videos about performing medical exams these days - stuff not intended to trigger ASMR but it just happens to fit in line with my triggers anyways. I actually really did like it even though I'm not huge on strategy-RPGs (or whatever you'd call Bahamut Lagoon). I think I got overpowered way too easily though. I stuffed the living hell out of my dragons and barely paid attention to my main characters. I wasn't an avid follower of the anime back around then or before, though I loved the movies and such. But around the time I was 12 or 13, we moved somewhere and we didn't have cable TV, so I wasn't able to watch the Pokemon anime. Sometime senior year, I realized that I could download anime, so I eventually downloaded most of the anime through the end of Black & White's second season, and rewatched it. I quickly realized that the anime was pretty trashy, though Black & White was a nice aberration and satisfied a lot of my main gripes with the series. In college I did try following X&Y for a bit but I quickly lost interest because I saw it was going back down into the shitter. I did watch the league episodes though because those were pretty cool (especially Ash's last two battles).
