Repair shops make money by marking up parts. Not to mention they usually buy them from a local store which also marks up the item to make money. They also might give you a warranty where amazon usually wont.

You can buy the part and pay them to install it tho, but no warranty that way.

spell hotkeys should be cure, blizzard and fire. Get good at menuing for stop and thunder. (Since thunder hits whenever they are close you don't have to worry about aiming at the same time)

Every other time you break phathom he shoots something at you, While he does that I just hug one of the walls of the other sides and just that time to reapply stop on the clock.

If you follow that pattern its honestly pretty trivial. You might need an elixir or two but thats whatever

Any time you take damage immediately cast cure, you're invulnerable while doing it if you have leaf bracer and you have enough invincibility frames to start casting it. Also literally never jump

That should at least get you through half the fight.

i actually just beat a replay of KH1 (in the 1.5+2.5 bundle) yesterday. For the first time I beat all the secret and optional bosses(on Proud even).

Cure with leaf bracer and MP Rage is honestly broken and makes any fight other than seph a joke.

I just meant that I couldn't handle doing twice as many 1BP runs as I did 2BP. It's probably more efficient to do 1BP for bond but I need my sanity.

oh sorry, I usually use my aoe attack buffs that last 3 turns (jalters and robins) round 3 or 4 to finish off the hands if needed

My general strat for phase 2

Round 1: Mash taunt
Round 2: Mash def buff + invun jalter
Round 3: if needed i switch in iris for mash and use her heal on jalter
Round 4: stun boss
Round 5: If jalter has her np up and the hands are dead I will use all 3 of her abilities, my suits attack buff and robins attack buff and one shot her (or get very close in which case i can clean up). If I don't I will use robins aoe evade and hope doesnt double targer jalter AND crit AND her be below 10k health (only happened to me once so far).

It's pretty damn consistent. In your case swords I would just sub in robin for david to help kill the hands faster. I would then do the exact same thing except turn five ALWAYS use jalters self invun and robins self evade

i've begun branching my 'social deduction group' out with carcassonne, which i think has been going over pretty well

in general i just like to just play what people are already interested in, but after a while it's nice to branch out

one of the most important factors for this is player count and attention span, i think? ticket to ride and catan are two of the canonical answers here, though as a rabid avalon player, my favorite games early on were blood bound (social deduction, but less "pure" and more into symbols/player powers) and forbidden island/desert (co-ops)

if they like carcassonne, a less cutthroat step up from that could be isle of skye

pretty much exclusively new games. The only times i think i've ever replayed something is like OoT a signifigant amount of time after beating it.

I generally prefer story heavy games and most of those i won't replay until i've forgotten most of the story

If you're contributing to a Roth IRA as well, there's no real need for a 50/50 split IMO since the IRA contributes to that balance too, but you should definitely be using both just because hedging against future tax rates and law changes is a good idea

You definitely want a good mix though even ignoring that, especially because the standard deduction amount is effectively tax free money even coming out of the traditional bucket, and pulling Roth money reduces the amount of traditional money you need to pull, which further reduces the tax impact. I'm not sure 50/50 is the "right" split, but I'm also not sure there is a well-defined "right" split for this. Just personal preference based on trying to predict the future.

Generally the split should depend on what tax bracket you are in now and what tax bracket you expect to be in when you retire. If you expect to be in a higher tax bracket when you retire you want to have a higher percentage of roth now (basically you want to pay the taxes now when they are less). Of course this all assumes the tax rate won't change is why you want to hedge somewhat. I'd probably say you want somewhere between a 70/30 and a 30/70 depending on how you feel about your current tax rate and your future
