Did you remember hearing about this story? Apparently it was malpractice and a tonsilectomy left her daughter brain dead. But she refused to believe doctors telling her her daughter was and took her to new jersey. Apparently she's also mad that it seems she can't sue in calif for more than 250 thousand cause that's the cap in CA. Well it certainly ain't capped in my state.

When I signed up it was 9.95 unlimited movies. Then they changed their terms of service to 9.95 and i could only see each movie once. then they changed their terms of service requiring me to take a photo of my ticket stub and send it to them or get banned. They just changed their terms of service again and tickets now cost from $4-$7 with movie pass during 'peak times' which is all the time here except early afternoons.

yeah it was kinda too good to be true, 10 bucks to see like 30 movies a month? one every day?

Sometimes I feel like it is genuinely funny, but a large portion of the time I feel like it's just trying too hard. It's not as bad as I originally believed, but I still maintain that there are probably a lot of people out there who watch it just to feel smarter than what they actually are.

I honestly have never seen people claiming it is smart. I do agree that it tries to hard sometimes and is incredibly formulaic. It has it's moments, though.
