No parent should be so public about punishing their kid. There is also the danger aspect of having your kids walk so many miles on their own in the snow. Ultimately, any punishment for children is useless in the long run unless the kids really understand the direct results of their actions and its effects on others. Posting their punishment on social media doesn't do that. That is the part that just doesn't sit well with me. | TommyG663513 03/07/18 5:28:32 AM #3 | It's a decent gangster flick and Tom Hardy is really the only thing that carries it, but he like really carries it. If you're a fan of him then you'll get some enjoyment out of it. It's also a 60's London period piece. I got a kick out of that too. I certainly don't think it's the best movie ever, but it's good enough that I bought the blu ray and watch this movie a couple times a year. The Drop is another gangster type Tom Hardy movie you should check out. It's very different from this one and further demonstrates his range as an actor. Lawless is even another Tom Hardy gangster flick worth checking out. Again it is pretty different from the other gangster movies. Crazy how he can play one genre in so many different ways. He has many other gangster flicks I've yet to see. Anyways, enjoy the movie.
