you mean like a complete, really old push mower with the visible blades? do people still use that?

no he's talking about the ones that don't self propel iirc

i think the majority of gas mowers do self propel though, never used one that didn't so i don't know how much harder it is.

This, tbqh.

When I was living with my parents, I always mowed their lawn. They had this really shitty mower that would stall out at least once per swipe. Drove me fucking insane.

I bought a $400 self propelled, but it's called "your pace", so you can granny walk it, or practically run with it, and the motor keeps up with you. Hasn't stalled once, haven't had to pull the rip cord more than once to start it.

idk, having a pretty good mower can still be pretty awful to mow the lawn, especially if you have alot to mow

Which is what the entire debate is over

You wouldn't accept small government as an excuse for it being acceptable to kill babies.

The existence of the "soul" has not been proven afaik. Is there a source on it?

yeah but many many religious people don't need proof, may not be one of their strengths.

Right now we get a power outage from 1:00 p.m. until 5 or 6 p.m. every single day. There have been schedules where we get more time without power than with it during the day lol, because why not.

Usually when I encounter someone who is toxic it's someone higher ranking than me so I have literally zero recourse to speak out against them (especially when it's one of those people who has been in 24+ years but their sole accomplishment is that... they've been in 24+ years, and they're gonna let you know they've been in 24+ years).

If it's someone lower ranking I can pull them aside and have a private conversation with them and be like "Hey this is why your behavior is bad". Plus figure out if there's something else going on or if they were just raised as douches.

yeah a bad situation, someone higher than you so you have to put up with them being an asshole

Then it's kinda dumb to be angry at people who do for considering murder and handouts to be imcomparable.

You're completely pro choice?

Completely is a hell of a loaded word.

So I'd have to say no considering the literal sense. A mom pregnant with twins 9.5 months into pregnancy shouldn't get an abortion.

But I don't believe in the soul and considering a fetus can't feel pain until 20 weeks into pregnancy (and even that is highly debatable) and is not coherant or aware. I find it hard pressed to see a valid argument against it.

"You're preventing a potential life from existing" as an argument would also exclude male masturbation and no one cares. The "Soul" is just a weak justification to push religion.

no it really isn't dumb, that's just your opinion and no one elses. 40+ million you said? you think most americans don't have a problem with this insane practice?

I used to be a safety razor snob. Bought an expensive electric and it undeniably gives a better shave if used with water, the badger hair brush, and good cream. Basically just replace your safety razor with the electric and keep the routine the same and you'll get the same shave faster and with less effort.

One limitation though is it cannot handle long stubble. It's good if you shave regularly but if I go more than a few days I have to trim it down with a different razor or just use the manual.

no the foils, brauns cannot handle long stubble. The norelcos can handle long stubble

which tissot do you have? i like the looks of those

This one (Tissot Visodate Milanais):

you prefer automatics over quartzs? i kinda like quartzs

I mean a quartz watch will be more accurate with time telling, but I absolutely prefer the automatic/mechanical movement of a Swiss watch. My Skagen is a quartz watch, but I rarely wear it nowadays.

Eventually, I see myself getting something like an Omega.

i had like a kenneth cole automatic and i really don't think like 150 dollar automatics are worth shit imo

that's because you bought a kenneth cole watch, there are plenty of automatics in that price range that are actually good quality

ex:

yeah but those watches don't have exhibition casebacks. an auto w/o an exh. caseback?
