| mooreandrew58 04/22/18 12:55:12 AM #52 | depends on the offense imo. and I guess the person some people learn through different means, and people may not like it by physical punishment does work on some people. did on me when I was a kid. and in some cases its not the actual punishment that teaches them, but the fear of said punishment that keeps them from doing it in the first place. to be honest though the only people I can think of that i'd be cool with being treated inhumanely is rapists (child molestors even more so) and murderers that did it for stupid reasons --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!" At this point I would need to play them on Steam though. yeah lightning return gives you a time limit. there was something you could do to temporarily stop time from moving if I recall. but it was a bit of a turn off for me cause in rpgs I have a major tendency of lollygagging. I dreamed of a fighting game that incorporated rpg characters when I was younger and once I saw dissidia announced I realized its probably the closest i'll ever get but its good enough because FF is pretty much my favorite unless you count the first 2 golden sun games. it was what sold me on getting a psp and crisis core was just icing on the cake --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!" I kinda wanted to start FF 13 lightning returns but I didn't bring my 360 and if I had played it on his I wouldn't be able to keep my save file. bought the game like a year ago and haven't really touched it, the time limit thing bummed me out, but i'm sure i'll get over if I just give it a good go. I know a lot of people didn't like the 13 games, but as far as i'm concerned almost all FF games are at least worth a play, some just perhaps might be worth waiting till it hits the bargain bin I brought several fighting games, but anymore I gotta be drunk to really enjoy those since I don't play online, and well can't drink since i'm babysitting --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
