The digital age killed Gamestop, they could have changed their business model to something like Gamefly but a digital only service but instead they blamed low sales numbers on everything else but their model. Its the same thing we see with Sears and other stores.

Buying day 1 digital is stupid. I did it for 3 games, spent nearly 200 including taxes. I could buy all 3 today with extra content for under 60-70.

I used to work in fast food, you were in the wrong here. When we say "we don't have it anymore" what we mean is that it isn't in the system. There's no way to ring you up for it, thus no way to charge you for it. And unless they put bbq sauce on a reasonable amount of other menu items, they also have no bbq sauce outside of the packets. It's not like ketchup and mayo that goes on damn near every sandwich, they don't gathe have bottles of condiments laying around to fulfill special requests like your order.
