(using a working computer) download Windows. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 After that, use Rufus to make a windows USB ISO.  If that doesn't work, if you can replace a battery you can replace a hard drive. Just Google it. Make sure you get an SSD and it's at least 64 GB. https://www.google.com/search?q=laptop+SSD After you get that, clone the data on the old hard drive to the new one using a desktop computer. If opening a desktop computer to plug a hard drive in scares you, just buy this. https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-USB3S2SAT3CB-Drive-Adapter-Cable/dp/B00HJZJI84 No guarantees it'll fix anything either. The problem could be any number of things... but it's likely the hard drive. --- |
