How? The teachers already work in a stressful environment with loads of expectations thrown on them along with very little salary to actually spend as well as time since most of them are either working a second job or working on lessons as well as the needs of other kids, this is just running them even thinner and when you do that to a person they start to deteriorate mentally so do you want overworked, underpaid and mentally destabilized adults around firearms and a stressful work environment?

It's not weak to grond even if you remove the immunity to it. The only Ground move that hits flying types is Thousand Arrow, which only Zygarde gets.
