There are some good story elements but it's definitely not amazing as a whole. If you're using Morrigan for instance, you generally don't want her using her Shapeshift spells because they're not all that effective. If one of your characters can stun or draw attention to themselves, that's also useful. Mr Lasastryke posted... i doubt they're going to do exactly that in the movie, but if they did away with the "in the end, the underdog wins" idea and instead did some girl power "captain marvel beats the s*** out of thanos" thing, that would be a shame. While I don't believe the movie will be just resolved with a "hey captain marvel appears and the movie's over now!", you should definitely expect her to play a big part. In that sense, I wouldn't be surprised if Spidey and BP bit it, because then you can have Miles Morales (DIVERSE SPIDERMAN!) and Shuri (FEMALE SUPERHERO) take up their respective mantles. I mean, it would be a waste of Tom Holland and Chadwick Boseman so I don't think so, but I wouldn't be super surprised if they left them for dead either. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |

There were a lot of people who thought ME required way too much inventory/stat management, so they streamlined it in 2. But people felt like it was TOO streamlined in 2, so in 3 they found this balance of giving you more stuff to manage without it feeling like it's the majority of the game. Andromeda tilts back more in the direction of 1, in a bad way for inventory and a good way for skills, imo. --- How paralyzingly dull, boring and tedious! |
