For me, it's more like "Our focus should be solely on our own country while at the same time minimizing as much of a presence we can have with foreign powers." I would love for America to go back to the isolationist ideology we had following Washington's resign from Presidency. Granted, we should have a basic foundation of diplomacy with international nations like trading, but ultimately we should remain as independent of international issues as possible.

Sure have, and you're having trouble understanding mechanics of the game, yes? Okay, so, here's what you do:

1) You must be proficient in the stat of the weapon you're using (ex. using a short blade - you should have a decent short blade stat of 70 or higher) in order to ascertain better chances of lading a successful blow
2) Conserve your stamina. The lower your stamina is, the less of a chance you'll have of striking your opponent. Carry restore fatigue potions or spells.

Remember! Morrowind is much more of a CRPG than successors Oblivion and Skyrim, which are more WRPGs or ARPGs. Your stats are far more important and have more meaningful impact on the versatility of your character in this game.
