You complain that no one cares about you.

Yet what have you done to be a person worth caring about?

A hint: walking around with a chip on your shoulder and this idiotic victim complex aren't helping. Constantly throwing tantrums and going "woe is me" isn't helping.

Sitting here blaming others for your problems and doing nothing about them is the way a child would act. Sure, you've been through a lot of shit. So have I, Gamer, and God knows how many others on this cesspool. What makes some of us different is that we didn't sit there and sulk. We grew up and did something about it.

Whether that be moving out of a toxic home, ditching a bunch of toxic people, or seeking therapy: our problems may not be our fault, but they might as well be if we let them be a problem.

A fun fact: any relationship you get into will be destined to fail with you as you are right now. This is because you need to actually get your shit together before you can pursue a relationship. Relationships magically fix absolutely nothing, they just provide another stressor. Do they provide happiness? Sure. But you have to actually work at it, and no one wants to be in a relationship with someone who acts like you.

You are entitled to no one's care, affection, or respect. No one is. These things are all earned. You need to make yourself worth them.

I speak for pretty much anyone here who has an opinion worth respecting - we know that underneath your mass of issues, baggage, and complexes lies a decent, kind person. I don't think anyone genuinely hates you here.

But holy fuck. Acting like you're the victim of every little thing, acting with absolutely no self-awareness? Wallowing in your depression instead of trying to solve the issues contributing to it? Constantly throwing "woe is me" fits like this very topic that border on attention whoring? Or twisting the words of your friends against them, thus making them feel guilty for contributing to your issues?

No one likes any of that.

These are why people are turning their back on you. Because you've started acting annoying, self absorbed, and doing absolutely anything to contribute to your self destruction.

You only have two options here.

You can try to fix these flaws by finally stamping out your problems, or you can continue acting as you have been these past months.

You're already seeing where the latter is taking you.

Everyone here - even the people you allege that hate you - care about you. I've seen some admit it outright. But feeding your self destruction is not something they want *because* they care. Thus they pretty much present the ultimatum of shaping up or bugging off.

I'll say it again. They don't hate you. But the way you act will certainly drive them too.

I've been pretty damn good about not feeding him for the past few months, in my opinion. Yet you jump *my* case instead of the numerous people in this topic alone who could actually do something about their behavior.

If you actually read the topic you'll realize I already admitted it was a short-sighted error on my part. I don't actively keep a whole "don't feed the troll" mindset; I do agree that we shouldn't but I'm not going to sit here and double-check everything I say. That's more effort than they're worth.

I went for a simple, relevant joke, and didn't realize the error until afterwards. Everyone fucks up every now and then. Chill.
