I worked in collections for years, and saw people getting offered cards when their credit history clearly showed they had maxed others out and not repaid a dime. Many times they even offered cards to people immediately after filing bankruptcy. Theyre willing to take a loss, hoping some people are willing to fix their credit with high interest fees... --- |
