You know you're growing older and are having more responsibilities---but time is somewhat suspended and shielded from what is about to come. When I was 5, I wanted to be a baby. When I was 14, I was thinking. "I'm old and not a kid anymore." I had the same feeling at 21. And now at 28, I wish I was 21. --- Don't tease the octopus, kids! |

They wanted the Constitution to have longevity so they allowed it to be flexible and have future amendments.
