For 1. Knowing if the attack was done by X group allows a better response to solve/minimize the risk of the issue from happening again, instead of applying inefficient tactics that don't target specific weaknesses in the system.

A solution targeting the latter would have little effect, if any, on preventing crime from the former.

The Japanese mindset values the group over the individual. Outsiders are least likely to grasp the concept and its deeper meaning in the same way that natives do, especially when reared and raised in individualistic societies. Outsiders will also never see Japan as their country, their underlying loyalty belonging to the home country that gave them their heritage.

Ultimately it is a threat to the cohesion of society.

not necessarily, but it's debatable whether this economic upturn is related specifically to Trump since it was a trend that's been going since before he took office.

How do people keep living in denial when financial analysts from sites like reuters and NPR acknowlege Trump's tax policies being a positive for the economy, the market, and to corporations.
If Trump is as terrible and incompetent as some of you folks claim he is, economic trends wouldn't be doing as well as it is after the series of policies and tweets having/being passed.

You'd be severely limited in choices for flavors because it uses prefilled pods, and only has like 8 flavors atm. JUUL''s advantage is that its small and discrete, which is why it's popular with teens. I guess the flavors aren't too off-putting, since JUUL has a good piece of the market despite other contenders like Phix and that other newer one.
