With such a small pool of seats available for enrollment, they would rather shrink down what little space is left for underrepresented minorities by having them compete with illegals instead of fixing this mess. So instead of educating 100 citizens, now you'll just educate 80 of them along with 20 illegals, leaving the 20 displaced to either go to a for-profit school, skip college, or pay more for education in an out of state school. Guess which group gets hurt the most, considering the make up of school districts (the racial makeup of said high schools) and how they work under California''s Top 10% program. |

Also, it's no secret that California loves illegals (see sanctuary city/shielding illegals and preventing ICE from doing their job, etc.) So can you explain why those folks deserve pardons despite the severity of their crimes?
