But it won't be ANY mall. It won't be filled to the brim with stupid clothing stores spammed the entire section. It would be more of a "man mall", which would have hardware stores, bars, arcades, a casino, a firing range, a bowling alley, and a massive arena in the center of it for sports venues like basketball and monster truck rallies, and concerts. Maybe an indoor amusement park.

Will not go into bankrupcy, all because nobody wants to see women's clothing stores spammed for miles on end, as well as having things you can't buy on Amazon.

I'mma be rich! But first, I need to get rich to do this stupid project!

Good luck!

Kim's human rights record is abysmal but keep in mind after WW2 America welcomed former Nazi's into the country because of their scientific and technical expertise in rocketry so we have a history of looking the other way for the ahem greater good.

Trump is an idiot and if people, especially the people who support only took the time to delve into his past, they would find that most of his life has been made up by him. He claims he's the biggest real estate developer in NY and that simply isn't true and there's plenty of NY developers who have said so publicly.

He claims to be a billionaire and that also isn't true. He's declared and filed bankruptcy so much that no one on Wall Street wanted to loan him money or work with him.

By the time the 1990s rolled around, Trump was a has been resorting to doing fast food commercials with then wife Ivana because all avenues of investing and loans had been cut off to him.

Then he discovered some shady characters with ties to the Russian mob namely one Felix Sater a guy who had an office right down the hall from Trump in Trump Tower and a guy during a deposition that Trump claimed not to know yet he's in pictures with Sater and his daughter Ivanka who by the way had a trop arranged for her in the Kremlin by guess who, yes the same Felix Sater that Trump claims he doesn't know.

If you are interested, there's a documentary on netflix titled "Dirty Money". Just check that out if you have time.

There are some pretty scary documentaries out there about the Clintons, but you probably haven't seen them, because the Clintons had them suppressed.

He claims he's the biggest real estate developer in NY and that simply isn't true and there's plenty of NY developers who have said so publicly. He also conveniently omits the fact that his dad left him tens of millions of dollars in a trust that Trump couldn't touch until he met the requirements set forth by his dad. At certain ages, Trump could then withdraw money from the trust but his story has always been his dad loaned him money to get started in real estate and that isn't true.

He claims to be a billionaire and that also isn't true. He's declared and filed bankruptcy so much that no one on Wall Street wanted to loan him money or work with him. He then turned to German bank Deutsche bank for loans which he would later default on declare bankruptcy and not pay back. He also duped the guys who played for his New Jersey Generals USFL football team out of millions by declaring bankruptcy to avoid paying them. One of the guys was Herschel Walker.

To date Trump owes Deutsche bank over $300M in outstanding loans and he hasn't paid one payment in years.

By the time the 1990s rolled around, Trump was a has been resorting to doing fast food commercials with then wife Ivana because all avenues of investing and loans had been cut off to him.

In her visit, Sater also arranged for Ivanka to sit in the chair in the office of Vladamir Putin.

Sega of Japan needed to compete with Nintendo and the NES pretty much owned the Sega Master System during the 8-bit days. When the 16-bit days came around Sega had the Genesis and Nintendo had the SNES and the SNEs early on was pretty much dominating the Genesis.

Sega of Japan knowing they needed to get a foothold in America to compete with Nintendo hired American Tom Kalinske businessman who had worked for Mattel where he turned around the then failing Barbie and How Wheels brands.

In 1990, Sega of Japan hired Kalinske to be their U.S. President and CEO of Sega Of America and starting out they gave Kalinske free reign to do what he wanted to turn their fortunes around.

His aggressive marketing decisions during his time at Sega, such as price drops, anti-Nintendo attack ads, and the famous "Sega Scream" TV campaign, are often cited as key elements in the success of the Genesis video game console.

When he finally brought the Genesis into a position to compete with the SNES, the execs at Sega Of Japan had an about face and that's when Sega's trouble began.

When Sega decided to replace the Genesis with what would become the disaster known as the Sega Saturn, Kalinske and Sega of Japan had a heated disagreement about the Saturn's architecture. Kalinske resigned from Sega right around the time that Sega launched the Saturn in 1995/1996.

The Saturn had dual processors and Kalinske tried to tell Japan that the console would difficult to design for and they would not listen to him.

Soon developers grew tired of having to deal with dual processors etc so they all but abandoned the Saturn early on and around that time is when the Playstation was coming out and it was much more developer friendly and easier to work with vs the Saturn.

The sad irony of Sega is they had no clue when it came to hardware and that doomed them.

The last straw for Sega was passing up the opportunity to work with Sony on what would become the Playstation just as Nintendo had done earlier. The Playstation started out as a CD-ROM add-on for the SNES but that never worked out between Sony and Nintendo.

Sony offered what would become the PS1 to Sega and that was nixed.

The hardware chipset that would become the N64 was first offered to Sega but Sega of Japan pooh-poohed that idea and the chip designers Silicon Graphics ended up selling the chipset to Nintendo with an assist from Kalinske.

So Sega could have had Nintendo's N64 3D hardware along with CD-ROM media but they screwed that.

Sega of Japan's President Hayao Nakayama was a notoriously stern boss, abusing his executives verbally and even physically and his management style is what ultimately doomed Sega!

Nakayama admired the success of the American branch of Sega but it did not sit well with Japan in general, and that admiration may have made the American branch seem like the favorite son to many at SEGA of Japan, and doing things their way was a point of pride.
