I never subscribed. I always thought Nostalgia Critic was shit, and I never found any of the weirdos on the site particularly entertaining.

Far Cry 3 is the best Far Cry game, but Far Cry 4 and 5 suck cause they're like Far Cry 3.

I honestly don't know. I loved the game, but I've heard a lot of complaints about the capture parties and plane attacks. On top of the shitty ending even for a Far Cry game

I don't know if it changes depending on what path you go.

But I went after John first, and he specifically doesn't kill you because he wants to convert/break you to impress Joseph.

With Jacob, he is brainwashing you in order to be a sleeper agent and take out the militia leader

With Faith, I don't remember any actual explanation other than her simply saying she wanted you to "understand" or something.

But I kinda plowed through Faith so maybe I missed something.

It's dumb, but at least the sequence was entertaining and Josephs final monologue was pretty good.

Let's not forget that Far Cry 2's ending was literally walking down a path and either blowing yourself up or shooting yourself in the head because the guy you've been hunting down the whole game asked you to.

The guy who said it was like a pirate themed VR chat is really on point IMO.

I think that's why I only seem to enjoy it with friends and am not that upset I got it through Game Pass.

But like...Sea of Thieves, at this stage, feels more akin to Playstation Home than an actual AAA exclusive.

Can it be fun? Sure. But should we really ignore the precedent something like this could set? Not at all. It deserves to get some shit because it was presented as a major AAA exclusive for three years on top of being sold at the 60 dollar price point.

360 controllers were GOAT for a long time

Then around the time the Xbox One came out, every one they produced seemed to have that dead zone. At least in my case (I bought 5 of them in a row)

I finally said fuck it and just bought a Xbox One controller for my PC.

Yeah, I just got done playing like a 5 hour session with my friends and I had a lot of fun.

I'd be understandably upset if I paid 60 bucks for it though, but it's a fun game if you get it on game pass or rental.
