I wonder what the record is for the shortest time between a game's launch and server shutdown rendering it unplayable.

I think it could be Flame vs. Blaze from Square Enix.

Came out in October, got shutdown in February. That's a whopping 4 months! Of course it's longer if you count Japan, but I don't know when it came out over there.

I would say Sket Dance was reasonably popular given its anime length. A friend of mine liked it as well, and so did some of my cousins, but they also like Gintama.

I actually read a good chunk of the manga and then just forgot about it.
