Baum from Utah tied up 2 teenagers and Stabbed them to death before dumping their bodies in an abandone mine shaft before they were reported missing 3 months ago!! He's charged with aggravated murder, kidnapping, abuse of a dead body and other charges after police discovered their bodies on a shallow ledge inside a deep mine shaft near Eureka Jerrod killed the teen lovers after they visited his "much older" girlfriend at their home before he bound them in his Jeep and drove to the shaft where he tortured and stabbed them to death according to the girlfriend. He apparently warned the girlfriend about having "male friends" at the house and that it was "too bad" because he has never killed an "innocent" before!! Jerrod made 18 y/o Riley Powell SUFFER before murdering him but killed his girlfriend, 17 y/o Brelynne "Breezly" quick and painless because he "felt bad" 34 y/o Morgan Henderson, the girlfriend told police that the teens came over to smoke marijuana with her and left and hadn't seen them since..but after police found an axe, rilfe and knives in her car, she finally came clean about what had happened as she claimed he threatened to kill her if she spoke. He's had a lengthy criminal past including theft, assault and weapon charges The victim's families were torn on the discovery of the bodies as they wanted closure but they didn't want it to be true that their kids had been murdered... In Texas, felons are only allowed to vote after they fully completed their sentence, which includes supervised reelase. She was convicted in 2011 for tax fraud, waived her fight to a jury and chose a judge to hand down her sentence... The mother was unaware she had to wait until her supervised release was over before she could vote and was never informed of those restrictions by federal court and the polling station was never told she couldn't vote She arrived at the polling centre and couldn't fin dher name on the list of registered voters so she was given a provisional ballot. Before she could cast her vote she had to fill out an affidavit that lists requirements for voting, including convicted felons ccan have their voting privileges restored. She didnt fully read the affidavit because the worker was helping her fill the form out. But prosecutor Matt Smid said that the affidavit should have been a "stop sign" in front of her face Her lawyer, Warren St. John found it "amazing" the government would think she was lying as she was never told she couldn't vote and voted in good faith. She lied to police when she said she was raped by a stranger and said "I called Delta College and falsely reported the rape on their campus. My mother made the initial call and i took the phone and continued to report." When asked why she lied, she said she was assaulted previously not on the campus and was ashamed of the circumstances and she says she was wrong to bring Delta into this.... She lied to police when she said she was raped by a stranger and said "I called Delta College and falsely reported the rape on their campus. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound during a confrontation with the officer who only shot at his HAND.
