They will then drop off packages in the foyer, unload groceries in the fridge, and leave — with the door locking behind them. Huh. Eh , still a bad idea. Don't tell me you never got scared as a kid when you were home alone and someone knocked on the door. Let alone just walked right in. --- |

The only "unforgivable sin" is the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, and not all Christians agree on what that is or whether it is actually unforgivable. IIRC an average classroom had 4-6 rows of chairs and 6-7 chairs per row. it is not unusual. you are hardly the only one who wants to learn. In a high school? Very well could be, actually. --- |

The mortgage will probably he more than rent on an apartment but you get equity for it so generally all you lose is interest. Just make sure you make heavy payments near the start of the loan. Preferably for the duration of the loan, but especially at the start. Maintenance can be expensive though... Also property taxes but they're generally moot compared to rent or mortgage. --- |
