Another thing I've noticed is that if a game lets me accumulate an unlimited amount of money, I won't spend any of it. Collecting as much money as possible becomes a meta game. Whereas if they have a cap on how much money you can carry, I'll spend it every chance I get because it feels wasteful to leave a bunch of money laying around that I can't pick up. --- |
