USBs are generally the best, but it's far from a guarantee. and OSBs are not generally better than BSBs, just the gear is stronger.

in your case i would say Onion Knight BSB and Yuna's second BSB (Tenets of the Fayth) are your two best soul breaks. you're pretty much going to want those two in every single fight with the relics you have now. i'm not familiar with any of those other BSBs but they all sound like they could be useful in the right spot. against holy-weak use Celes and Warrior of Light, against wind-weak use Celes and Fang, against fire-weak use Balthier, against lightning-weak use Prompto.

Tyro's USB you get for free (Fantasy Unbound) is pretty worthless when you have Onion Knight's BSB. if it's Warder's Apocrypha that you have, that can be useful against certain bosses that use a lot of status effects. still, not something you'll need all that often.

got +atk -res Hector with all these orbs they're handing out. that's 9 more atk than my -atk regular Hector lol. and still more res. talk about power creep.

there is a higher chance of a green being Hector than a blue being Lyn, if that's what you mean. but if you were to summon all blues and greens you see, you'd have an equal chance of getting either (with more blues overall but less of them being Lyn).

fliers should still be not too bad even without seasonals since you have Elincia. take an axe tank with iote shield and start at the right. Elincia murders axes. Cordelia murders Lloyd.

cavalry was pretty easy for me with Xander, Camus, L'Arachel and Clarine. you could probably substitute L'Arachel for just a 4* Ursula with a 3* blarblade.

i personally love the new Lyn art. and it'd be nice having more than one blue armor option, considering i'm probably not putting DC on Eliwood. it's the low atk and def that bothers me.

i got 2 Sabers from Ayra's debut banner. i never SI'd him, and never even leveled the second one despite the first one being -atk.

it's a super high 5* rate from pulling reds, so it's not bad if you want at least 2 or 3 of them. i don't have Alm yet and could use aether fodder and Marth merges. i'll at least open all the reds in my first session.

in fact i'm pulling my hair out trying to do Lloyd infernal with armors so i might use an aether for Winter Tharja. or maybe just wait until i get the new Eliwood and/or Lyn.

eh i have no desire for Ysayle when i'm completely unfamiliar with the character. especially with no dualcast LM2 like Ashe. not even an inferior dualcast LMR.

and Orlandu's USB probably isn't returning with his OSB and maybe not even with the LMR. if i just get the OSB i might wait to go for the USB later, but i'm definitely doing at least 1 pull.

after not getting Cloud USB from the lucky draw, i decided to gamble 1 pull on the Dissidia 2 banner. got Ramza LMR and Noctis SSB. Ramza LMR was my second-most wanted thing from that banner so i'm probably gonna stop there. 8/14 dupes at this point.

and after getting that Ramza LMR i sub-30'd Fenrir today. i don't think Ramza LMR made the difference but probably makes it more reliable. i never actually tried before getting it. i also tried the Raijin SSB strat against Tiamat for fun and was able to about half kill it, which i found kinda funny. i probably need some maxed out 4* magicite, Shelke dive, and some better secondary ice DPS to be able to actually pull it off.
