If you try to put together a build that ticks off all the boxes in terms of One X features, you'll end up paying around $800 for a machine that meets all of the minimum requirements but is also much more versatile and upgradable.

As a general rule, PCs give you most bang for your buck starting between $800 - $1500, and the investment pays off over time as you reuse parts, slowly upgrade across generations, and utilize your machine for non-gaming apps.

Basically every nation agrees it's happening, so that's not an issue.
It was an issue before the Paris Agreement, and it's still an issue in the US.

The Paris Agreement is 100% non-binding. Every country sets their own goals and no country is obligated to subsidize another. The point of Paris Agreement is to lay the foundation for confronting climate change, in the hopes that we can snowball towards some kind of sustainable future. Yes, it's extremely basic and completely toothless, but it's better than nothing. We have to start somewhere.

No, you don't start off on something that's basically a blank check to the world. Why call it the Paris 'Agreement' if there is no agreement? Let's call it what it really is...Paris Cash Grab.

We give money to a bunch of politicians from all around the world and you think they'll use that money for good instead of pocketing it? And countries like China and India, 2 of the world's biggest emitters are classified as Third World countries so they can receive money and still pollute?

The Paris Agreement is a scam. Everyone will go through the motions and continue to pollute while asking for money from the US. The US should NEVER join unless there are conditions in place.

The US could always just... not pledge any money, or not pay. There's no obligation, no punishment, literally no downside to being part of the agreement.

China and India have also pledged to massively reduce omissions and have made progress towards their goals. Their targets are almost certainly way too optimistic, but so what?

The Paris Agreement is in no way a "blank check." No money changes hands until the US decides, entirely of its own volition, to put the cash in the hands of another country. It's not compulsory. Other countries can't make demands, nor can they vote on how much the US has to give. We can give $0 and still participate in the agreement.

I don't loathe the game. It's like Zelda II in that it focuses on action. It's good that Nintendo tried something different. It's just not my favorite type of Zelda game. I enjoy the series most for the exploration and sense of discovery.

Yeah, but there's a difference between just walking through fire and having it shot out and focused on you.

Is there a difference, when we're dealing with magic? It doesn't seem to matter how hard people swing their standard steel swords at the White Walkers-- the steel shatters on contact, all the same. The only evidence we have to go on suggests that the Night King can hard-counter dragon fire. They'd best fly those dragons straight back to Dragonstone and start producing more Valyrian steel.

Also, he's now extremely mobile on the back of the dragon he stole. Plus he may or may not have some degree of precognition. And we know that he's the single most lethal long-range fighter on the playing field.

There's no guarantee that Dany can get close enough for her dragon to use its teeth. Based on what we've seen, that plan is far more likely to result in giving away another dragon to the Night King.
