If you want a ford, the white base F150 regular cab is your best bet if you just want a rough worker style looking truck. I would say the Frontier comes in a closer second. The Colorado and Tacomas all seem to appeal to a different type of market tbh.

We stayed at the Opryand Hyatt for a Gaylord Resort convention for school.

We went to Broadway, Vanderbilt, and maybe oe or two other places. We loved it. We even stayed out for this little music festival outside of the city and I got a 20 minute video of it shifting from day to night. It was too great.

I'm pretty much a credit analyst but the company I work for sucks. I've been at the job for just over a year and there's no room for growth or opportunities. Am I considered a job hopper if I start applying now? Also, my lease ends in August, so should I wait till near then or it does not really matter?

Black Ops imho, all the cry babies that were terrible at MW2 got their wishes finally. The maps became basically large shipment maps in which you can get outflanked from any direction anywhere in the map, perks got nerfed, guns became unbalanced, and etc.

If you start funding an IRA in your early 20s by retirement age you will have nearly two million dollars of wealth, which puts you into the one percent so... yes. Anyone can do it. Somebody who's in their early 30s with a liberal arts degree still making drinks at Starbucks, not so much.

You would literally have to be making above 70k a year at 20 to comfortable be able to do that unless you are fortunate enough to have parents pay for living expenses, student loans, car, insurance, and etc. Plus, you would probably have to live a miserable boring life consistently for the next 30 years.
