my only advice is that if you're going to ghost, actually ghost

too many times friends of mine have 'ghosted' someone, but kept reaching out for more contact and "clarification". They always seemed to need the last word for some reason, and I eventually decided (and told them) they just enjoyed the situation

stop caring what they think or feel, they'll be able to handle it. not saying you've been doing it wrong, i think your last message was good- just make sure it's actually the last, regardless of response
