Yeah but since VII and VIII are without it do you think they'll bother changing up the new trilogy with IX? I miss it too, though. It practically feels like part of the Star Wars theme.

It's gonna be okay.
My little girl's birth date keeps getting moved up. It was originally early March/late February. Now it's early February/maybe late January. I'm kind of concerned myself.

Ours was January 10th, but they say most likely they will induce labor or do a C-section next week to make sure everything is okay... I guess pending the test results Monday.

No one who says they are a Christian first and an American second would ever get my vote. Just like no one who says they are a Muslim first, a Jew first, or hell even an atheist first gets my vote. They are suppose to represent everyone in their district, state, or country rather then just some of them.

I can't think of anything too crazy/creepy that happened to me.

A friend of mine had dated a girl for... eh... a good little while, a few months at least? So it wasn't like SUPER serious but was at least headed in that direction and past just being a quick thing. Anyway, he broke up with her and she went nuts and signed them up for couples counseling and stuff (that he never went to obviously). It was good times.

A bunch of you still have the spicy McChicken?! They got rid of that around here years and years ago. Then the buffalo ranch McChicken showed up, and that was gone in a matter of months. ;_;

Anyway, there is a McDonald's right by where I work (and actually, was the same situation at my job previous to this one, though a different location), so for years and years now I usually pack my lunch but get an iced coffee from McDonald's on my lunch break. Sometimes also a Diet Coke that I sip on for the rest of the work day.

If I'm getting actual food I usually get a large 10 piece McNugget combo meal with Diet Coke, or if I'm feeling cheap will just get a McChicken and fries and drink or McChicken and McDouble without onions.

Although its been months since I've gotten food there I think.

There was this game store around Wall Street (about 15 years ago) which had a lot of old games and old game systems. I remember getting WWE Raw 2 from there for less than $10.

Raw 2 was a hilarious game. Season mode was absolute nonsense with friends.

Wait, it had to be 2004/2005 when I got Raw 2 since it came out 2003.

Anyway, I loved that it had features that other WWE games didn't at the time such as full apron interactivity (or did WMXIX have it?), different referees with different count speeds, moves capable of being done from positions that were not in the other games, interrupting entrances, season mode with a dozen of different choices of what you can do.

My main gripe was that the game could have been more polished. The move animations were underwhelming and felt like they had no impact, the grappling engine had so few moves available...I would get bored cycling through every move in my moveset in a match. The A.I. was also stupid, I remember that Battle Royals felt like they could never end since the A.I. kept breaking up pins.

It sucks that we never got a Raw 3.

I miss the days of each console having its own exclusive WWE games... of course some of them really sucked, but it was great having the variety.

I really loved RAW 2. It was horrible, but if you knew how to work the system it was hilarious and lots of fun. Dunno why we can't get a crazy season mode like that anymore. If I recall correctly almost without fail someone you were feuding with would do a run-in during your matches, but it was programmed wrong and they would beat the crap out of your opponent every time, lol. Plus you could do inter-gender stuff and everyone was basically equal so I had CAWs of all my friends in and it was just crazy stupid fun.

As to the overall topic... yeah, before GameStop took over we had Software Etc, EB, and Game Crazy, and I remember Sears having a pretty decent game section.

I miss EGM as well, was definitely my favorite of the mags that covered all the major consoles. I get Game Informer because its cheap through GameStop but it isn't the same.

Yeah, definitely. Any of the often used Looney Tune concepts were better than T&J, individually... put them all together and its a much better program for sure.

Maybe I just don't care for cats, because I was never the biggest fan of Sylvester and Tweety, either, although I prefer them over Tom and Jerry.

I'm not really sure, *maybe* 30ish? I've never stayed up an entire second day that I can recall, but maybe I'm forgetting something from high school or college when I would stay up a lot later. Best I recall back then though I would maybe be up all night but end up catching 2 or 3 hours of sleep at some point the next morning or afternoon.

It'd be cool... I mean, I'd love to see that. But longterm its probably best to recast. Since this is tax free its about twice what I make now, so sure, I take the deal. I can stay home with the kid and not have to pay daycare. Then when shes in school I can post on CE all day! :o

I would be seriously worried that the Trump cult folks would think it was some kind of conspiracy from the establishment and start rioting. So like what's the big problem with the tax plan? My gut instinct is to be against anything Trump approves of but from what I saw it doubles the child credit and will lower what basically everyone pays... so lower and middle income people are getting a decent cut here. Are people just mad it will lead to other things being cut since less taxes is being collected?

We had a few Dollar Generals in town as long as I can remember but the numbers have doubled if not more in the last decade or so... and they've popped up in the little towns nearby that previously had no chain stores. They must be doing something right. I'll stop in sometimes just because its a lot quicker and less painful than fighting for Wal-Mart or a big supermarket for some random item or another.
