The rules were changed (last November, I think) so that people can win FOTM and ROTM consecutively, plus something else. I think it's claiming bounties and FOTM for the same guide? In the past, it was rare to win even twice in a row. But anyway, that's the status quo now, so maybe it'll encourage some new authors out there to get started.
