Hey PO/Lightning/everyone, I have an idea for a campaign structure that I need help working out.

The idea is that out of nowhere, one country teleported in a small army into the capital of another country and then they decimated the rulers (royalty, senate, group of elders, whatever). Then the new rulers roll up in the chaos and claim that they are the de facto rulers and they would maintain order.
My question is how people would react to this. Would the other neighborhood countries invade? Would the police accept them as rulers? How large of a rebellion would occur? Is there any sort of historical precedence like this?

I don't know enough about the facts concerning his case to make a judgment and, until he winds up in court, I'm not sure I'll much of a stance one way or the other.

However, one of his accusers is Gwyneth Paltrow and, given her history of outlandish behavior, I'm not necessarily going to just take her at her word on this and her case is strictly a he-said-she-said.

Me neither. Im not defending the practice for any other reason than I see it as a means for developers to remain solvent.

And for anyone who hates loot boxes and DLC etc, the best thing you could do is buy games new (if you can afford it). Support the games and developers you can as much as possible.

Also, you're not obligated to make sure they stay afloat, in any way shape or form.

It still triggers the part of the brain the that gets addicted to gambling though.
