Hmm 2 chapter 6 questions (spoiler for...I guess halfway of chapter 6?)

1.I just started the trial, how much time remains? 3-4 hours? calling it a night, though - if it's less than 5 hours I will finish tomorrow
2.I am bothered by Shuichi acting like he figured out everything, but I didn't
He said he realized all the lies when he saw Rantaro picture, but I didn't understand (guess it means the survivor kit or whatever it's called looks different from the monopad in the picture?)
He said he realized what is the pink fiber on the shot out ball, but again I don't get it ("pink" reminds me of Kaede, but I don't believe it will be relevant)
Am I supposed to understand what the fuck he is talking about or this is Shuichi pulling a Layton?

Hmmmmmmmmmmm currently in chapter 6, but again spoiler for the ending of the game-

I do wonder who I would believe to be the mastermind if I wasn't spoiled of it's identity
Because out of all those options..Tsumugi easily stands out
Shuichi is impossible for obvious reasons and they won't pull off a Izuru Kamakura
K1-BO destroying the acadamy shows he isn't the mastermind either
Himiko is too genuine
Maki too, too genuine, the "Kirigiri/Chiaki" of this game

And I feel like they did a terrible, terrible job with Tsumugi - she barely got any screentime, she was never important in any case, it would easily be my choice for a "normal" mastermind
Non-normal mastermind theories would involve Rantaro, someone we don't know yet/old character, somehow-Junko again

It's just too easy to figure out when it's 20% chance you will get it right, and the other 80% are very unlikely
It does ruin a lot as a spoiler, but not hard to figure out..I guess
I am interested in checking out if people were able to figure it out easily or not later

But ended up not finishing it yet anyway

I hate when it happens, it ruins the mood
But it didn't feel like I could stop at any point as I wanted to reveal the mysteries and couldn't wait

But then there is the dilemma of "I want to finish this in one sitting but i'm also too tired and I start to skip text so what do I do"

Ending spoiler (seriously don't read this if you didn't finish the game)
As I said before, I had two major spoilers coming into the game - Kaede dying...and the identity of the mastermind
I don't think Kaede spoiler hurted so much, her death still left a strong impact and I had no idea she was the culprit, so it didn't ruin anything
The other spoiler, which was totally uncalled for and was just posted on /v/ out of the blue "the cosplayer is the mastermind" like some son of a bitch, turns out to be much more painful than I expected
I wanted to enjoy Kokichi Wild Ride, but knowing he isn't really the mastermind..makes me not care about him currently(chapter 5), it's a shame really
I swear to god I will never visit DR threads on 4chan again if there is another game out...

Started chapter 5, a thought about might be revealed in the finale-
So the hints about what happened to the world outside..were very bold
And not just that, they know we played the first 2 games, so I just don't understand what they are suggesting
The world is...gone? again..? we already so that twist in the first game. But now maybe the *whole* world is gone from the meteorites? and this is the last shelter on Earth? (if this is even Earth)
And the other one is..what was the funeral all about? are they dead? are they just memories inside a virtual reality, like in DR2?
Maybe they combined the two twists, and the world is gone, but the only way to "survive" is by staying inside a virtual world, but someone hacked it to turn it into a killing game instead?

Chapter 4 end
Pretty good. So far the only bad case was the second one
Motive was fine, no plot holes, Miu used a clever trick but died anyway

But I am sorry, I can't take Kokichi seriously. Before this case he never done anything special, he was all talk but zero action
And I can't help it but I MUST compare him to Nagito, Nagito set the bar pretty high and he is just..not there

I lol'd at Miu "X" marking being xxx, nice. Didn't notice a special X for anyone else..yet

I don't want to discredit them about Kokichi being a "poor Nagtio" because they really tried and make him different from him, so it's not really fair for me to judge him compared to Nagito
He is still good..it's just that.. I think they gave him too much screen time too early. In the case of Nagito, he butted in only in important moments to make things more interesting
But when Kokichi is in your face everytime..it's just annoying

About to start chapter 4 trial

I don't suspect anyone. I can't. The only one suspectable is Kokichi, but he acts like the Byakuya/Nagito of this game, which is "too obvious to be a killer so he isn't"
But I guess they can...change it this time

As for the crime itself..it's obvious that the two ends of the virtual world map are connect somehow, which is why it's possible to hear sounds from the other end, although they mentioned "no special travel methods such as warps", I dunon
No idea how the poison will come into effect either

Chapter 3 ending
This class trial was much better than the previous one, at least the murder method made more sense and was clever for a reason
The motive was dumb again, but I guess it has to be expected from this series
"I killed Tenko because I didn't want Angie spirit to reveal I killed her" would have been more..believeable motive (like it was in Ace Attorney) but it would also be more boring, so I dunno

From the remaining survivors I can't imagine another killer, but after Kaito coughed up blood I guess it will be his turn next (either victim or killer)

Chapter 3 trial (but mostly general thought)
What I liked about this cast more than the cast of the other 2 games, is that it's harder for me to suspect ANY of them, most of them are too "nice"
Kokichi and Maki are always suspicious but they are suspicious in the "Nagito Way" which means it's too obvious they would kill, so they won't kill
Korekiyo is the only one I believe can can anymore

Got the Chapter 3 trial
Again, I have no idea who done it. Whether it was one killer or two
I don't really have any idea how both murders happened and why did they hang the wax dolls
What I do know is that the "killing from below the floor" was used in DR2 and I hope it will be..different this time
I really..got nothing as for suspecting them. K1BO "light ability" is evidence and it might play part when they try to explain how the killer moved below the floor panels which are lower
He also mentioned "inner voice"
While I don't know if he will be the killer here or not, I am sure he will play an important part (and maybe Miu too..as she modified him...maybe for this reason?)

First game it was Kirigiri and Aoi, second game was Chikai and Sonia

I didn't like this case. It was dumb from start to finish, even by Danganronpa standards
The murder was faaaar too complex for no reason at all. It really isn't the only "complex for no reason" case in the series but it sure felt like they didn't even try and give a reasoning why she went the extra length to do all that stuff
Why not just keep him dead in his room? why not throw him into the pool? throw him in the piranha cage and let them kill him?
It doesn't matter, there were zero evidence to prove her guilt if she just left him dead right in his room, going so far only made the evidence against her
I figured out the whole murder before the trial even started but just couldn't understand who has done it - and to tell the truth I still can't understand why it could have been only her
If she only needed 5 minutes before nighttime everyone could have pulled this off
The thing with the gloves was stupid, she could have used pretty much everything
And then the motive thing...reaaaalyyy.?

The game started beautifully with the first case, don't ruin this

I..wish there was a list somewhere in the Internet that tells you "when it's the earliest you can figure out who done it" for games like these
As of now..I doubt I have enough info going into the trial
Kaito - possible, but will they really pull this off again right after Kaede? (killing the "sidekick")
Gonta - Can't picture him as a killer, will either survive the game or be a victim
Kokichi - Too soon to get rid of him (well I thought that about Rantaro too though)
Korekiyo - Pretty likely, ropes were mentioned a lot in this case
K1-BO - No
Kirumi - I don't think she will be a killer
Himiko - Would be too obvious so she isn't the killer
Maki - Too early - I assume she has a bigger secret
Tenko - Possible, she act too much friendly towards Himiko (who is the most likely suspect)
Tsumugi - I don't think so
Angie - This is my guess, the Magic Show as her idea, I guess she set up everything
Miu - Doubt it
