The only people who actually believe that are people who have never been to Texas. There's absolutely no chance of this ever happening. Texas isn't the same as other super Christian Republican states. That is still a thing here, but it's mostly about being gun loving hard working people. Democrats being anti-gun is reason enough alone that this will never happen. Texans love their guns and low taxes.

Notably, I had a super soaker 3000, I believe was the model. It had a backpack that you'd fill with water and three chambers of air pressure, with a valve for trigger. It was more or less a flamethrower, but water based.

I had one of those too. It was awesome.
