The unspoken plan behind abolishing the electoral process is to go ahead and let California and New York dictate the rest of the nation. The part that's missed, is that disenfranchised republican voters in those states would no longer be trampled into irrelevance. As is, 100% of California's votes go to the democratic candidate, give or take 80 and 84. Abolish the electoral college, and maybe 70% of California's votes will continue to do so, probably less. |

It does get confused easily because these same people are typically very frail and emotionally weak.
