I somewhat enjoy his uncanny ability to turn everything into a dick-measuring contest. I was cracking up when I read that earlier. Ultimately it's just grandstanding on both of their parts so it's mostly meaningless.

But the LG that made the G2 is not the same as the current LG quality standards

That's normal for Google phones though. My last Google phone was made by Huawei. The XL 2 is LG and the 2 is HTC. They get other manufactures to make phones, Google is not in the hardware manufacturing business.

LG used to be good quality... I think that was a long time ago.

I really can't argue the OS or the camera. iPhone has nothing on this camera.

LG is shit now. My last LG phone was a G4. It crapped out just barely outside it's 1 year warranty for the SECOND time. My wife had the exact same phone and the exact same thing happened to hers. Never buying anything made by LG again.

meanwhile every LG phone i've had i've had nothing but stellar experiences with.

i'm pretty much exclusive to LG at this point.
