Yeah, I thought so. It felt a little bit of a continuation with me thinking Rama was the same from both movies, so it threw me off that that actor was another character. Though I knew his first one died.

You did not list a character on your noms, I was able to fully confirm the others, either by knowing the characters/them being on the song title or in one case just looking up the song. I'm not gonna flat out say this doesn't belong, I just want to confirm the purpose (and find out how much I should mark for spoilers regarding the character's name or something). It says it's a dungeon theme, but also represents Nanako Dojima. I have that name written down as the character, is this correct as the sentiment of who I should have down and should I spoiler the surname if it is?

Yes, it counts then. Even if it doesn't play when you're just talking to her, it's a theme that's specific to her. It's similar to say... Take Majora's Mask, there's three tunes to the final boss fight and still another song that represents him during the main game, any of those songs would count, a character does not just have to have a single song to count here.

@Anagram I decided against allowing non-video game characters. I have not decided against video game characters that originated in an alternate medium, in case something like the imperial march showed up in Soul Calibur IV and you'd like to nominate that. I might if I get 10 characters that didn't originate in a video game, but as of right now it's fine. But right now, you've used 1/4 nominations.

They are not, if there are any specific ones you want over what you've nominated, you'll notice I have already accepted one in Gilgamesh's battle as his. But if that was just a personal thing so that you didn't have too hard of a time deciding what you wanted, I can understand.

While this League I'm dead and being destroyed by Arti, I'm learning the fun of my other matchup. I signed Aaron Rodgers a few weeks ago when I learned he'd come back from injury this season. I'm in playoffs but 3rd now. He'll come back week 15, so second week of playoffs.

I just have to survive with McCown/Gabbert as my two in the Wildcard game.

For the most part, the species act as singular characters, often remembering specifics of past conversations and implying that you've talked before, but there's only one race that you definitely only talk to only one member of. I still consider them character themes, but I can see why you might not.

It's not really obvious to me the exact character that's represented, so it makes it too hard to do the secondary portion of this ranking. I'm gonna have to deny these songs, since they're made for the race, and not the characters that are a part of them. To give you a clear answer.

Now it's looking like each of these themes are for races, so I'll ask. Can you confirm Thraddash/Spathi themes are only used for singular characters? Looking at the characters for the game, both races have multiple "major" characters to them. Yahat has no major characters but multiple minor characters that says you don't even talk to them.

Supox has one major character, but really. Are these even linked to a character at all?

So, unless anything isn't actually confirmed... we have 4 Big 10 vs Pac-12 matchups. My least favorite division vs my division. Now, my school (ASU) isn't among the ones facing off, but here they are.

Cotton Bowl: Ohio State vs USC
Fiesta Bowl: Penn State vs UW
Holiday: Michigan St vs Wash St
Foster Farms: Purdue vs Arizona

All Big 10 being listed first makes me REALLY want a pig slaughter of these teams. Trying so hard to not post my typical attitude towards Big 10.

Courtesy to @Drakeryn for this idea, basically... this is a song that is specifically based on a character, a battle theme specific to this single person, maybe it has their name on it... You know some of the basis already. I will also pit the songs with the characters they're made for and rank both together.

1) 4 nominations per person (watch the topic, I may add another nomination or two if I'm not getting enough)
2) Only 2 nominations can be from the same composer per person.
3) Since rating characters as well, a character can appear only once despite multiple songs that are unique to them.
4) Should be unspoken, but no high quality rips

Hopefully that's not missing any rules. I'll shoot for 100 songs. Oh, VNs always count for me if someone wants to nominate character themes from those.

I got up to 11% on the Brave Heroes banner with no realistic way to get any more than 5 orbs, so I put $13 more into it. Got a +Spd -Res Brave Ike. 100% worth.

I similarly put $13 into the game because of the Legendary banner, I haven't spent the 20, but the 3 orbs pushed me over 40 so I spent some and came out with Spring Xander.

The question, however... is in one thing. @Drakeryn Do I take it by character or by song? Basically we take someone like Seymour, who might have multiple boss battle themes unique to him AND his own theme, do I let one theme show up and no one can nominate the others (by song), or do I rate him by all songs and his character (by character).
