If teen years aren't the transition, what is?

Like I said, you don't go to bed one night with the mental maturity of a child and wake up the next morning as an adult. Should we consider 17 a child and 18 thru 23 to be transitional? If you're attracted to a 20-year-old, you're attracted to someone who is a half-step up from being a child?

If you're worried about semantics, I would argue "youth" is a good term for a teen. It's a reminder that they have a long way to go, and that they're not to be sexualized or pursued romantically by adult-adults, but it still doesn't infantilize them by placing them in the same category as a 7-year-old.
why are you making it sexual again? I would say you should stop while youre ahead, but youre past that point

It's pretty easy to have privacy as a Hollywood star.

Stop using social media (or use a pseudonym), and don't live in Hollywood itself.

Do somethink like what Madonna or Tom Hanks did, move to the EU (Portugal, Greece in their cases, specifically).

And suddenly, nobody give you the time of day.
But as he clearly said, he LIKES acting. He enjoys working. He shouldnt need to make a fake name and move to a different country just to get some level of privacy

Transitional stages are a thing. It's like saying that a cocoon stage is part of the caterpillar stage of life. You're learning things, you're physically and mentally maturing, you're finding new interests and new freedoms.

It's not all about sexuality.

It isn't,
Option A) Every young person is a child.
Option B) I want to fuck kids.

You didn't see yourself as a child when you were 17. You look back on where you were at that stage of life and retroactively consider your younger self a child because you're old now and you only remember the mistakes you made or the things you didn't realize you didn't know at the time.

Don't infantilize others because youth has passed you by.
Nah im only 23 lol. You dont have to be an old grandpa to think 16 year olds are kids. Its not infantilizing 16 year olds to call them children. They just are.
