Had this TCL since Summer 2019. it overall is dimmer and the bottom noticeably moreso.
I have tried every fix, messed with brightness, hdr settings, hidden menu settings, system restarted, factory resettled the TV.
I paid $279 for it back then, its a 50"

So I guess I am in the market for a new 50 - 55" TV.
Any recommendations? Still would like it keep ii $200 to $300 maybe a bit more, mainly play retro games up to PS4. A/V port is a must as lately I been playing my PS2 lol.
Also I am used to Roku, any real difference between Roku & Fire TV? Is one much much better?

I'm a millennial and I kind of agree. 9 out of 10 sex scenes in movies are just gratuitous. If I want to be titillated, I can watch porn. Lots of movies and shows force romances when they aren't needed as well.

Well my question is, are they against to say characters kiss fully clothed in bed, then next shot is in the morning with them under covers? That makes the same point.

Every supermarket I shop at (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, K-mart, Target) the cashiers do both and it works fine. Definitely agree with you on the staffing point though.

Hilarious straw man. Not only are most of the cashiers at the aforementioned stores young, but at my last job (mail sorting) one of my colleagues was in her mid-60s and she sorted just as quickly as I did.

A 60 year old whos good at what they do is not a cripple.

Most of the one's around here are slow, especially at Dollar Tree, there is 1 location I saw that has self checkout, I can't wait until they put them in other stores.

Haven't been in a Target in like 2 years,
I prefer Walmart, the self checkout line was a bit long this morning, but regular long.

And apparently it's been like 8 years since I last did a mission, I am in the desert but I feel like maybe I should start over since I barely remember the events leading up now lol.

Okay I'm in my late 30s and I didn't get much sleep Sunday night into Monday but Monday night I still had a 24 oz can of a regular Coors and I woke up Tuesday morning with a pounding headache at 4:00 a.m. and then Wednesday it was less but then Wednesday night I met up with some people at a bar and had two Miller lights and the past two mornings I woke up with a headache again I figured this weekend I won't drink any beer, think they'll stop?

Walmart & Target are both about 10-15 mins from me. I rarely go to Target. Their departments mostly suck, the mens dept seems to shrink everytime I go there and Target in general tries to be more trendy and hip.
Where Walmart has clothes for everyday people (I'm in my late 30s), and a full grocery section at the one I go to.

I went in this antique shop, looked around, mostly what what records, CD's they had, didn't get anything, its 2 floors so I walked around, there was one I was thinking of (Alan Parsons Project record) but didn't get since $12 makes me rather take my chances at flea markets.

So anyways on my way out the old lady asked me if I was a vendor, I said no, I was looking around and she asked me if I was there before and I said a few times.

I go in my car to leave and her and the other younger female cashier just stare at me from the door as I back our.
I am in my late 30s, white male., but it made me feel like I did something wrong, which I didn't. I get they were assume suspicious if I took anything, but I didn't.

I definitely ain't going back there again (hell they'll probably call the cops on me).

Yep, grew up on the genesis version, mainly play the mame versions now on the raspberry pi but will still play Tournament Edition Genesis from time to time for nostalgia and the cool power up icons and hot spots

Sad part is all he has done since is some solo albums and the band "We Are The Fallen album in 2010 that sounded too much like an Evanescence clone, which makes sense since he was the writer, but its a shame they didn't put out more albums as the sound may have evolved more.
