According to police, the incident occurred at around 10 p.m. on Oct 19 as the girl was walking home, Kyodo News reported. Police said Kodo Kimura, a monk at Joenji temple in Tsukuba, is accused of stabbing the girl in the back of her neck with a knife or something similar. The girl screamed and a passerby called 119. She was taken to hospital where doctors said her wound will take about one week to heal. Police said an analysis of street surveillance camera footage and witness accounts identified Kimura, who was arrested on Thursday. Police said he has denied the allegation. Except on specific spot which had a sign that said something along the lines of "Absolutely NO littering! By order of the X local government!" That was always buried in 3 feet of trash and surrounded by obscene junk. The sign was frequently graffitied, or dented or knocked down but always came back. I always wondered if that was actually genius reverse psychology and the local government did that intentionally just move all the trash to 1 localized,easy to clean area. Sure City has better boss fights (I mean fucking Zelda 2 has better boss fights than Asylym) and more of everything. Bigger map, more characters, more enemies, more attacks, more gadgets, more Riddler trophies. But quality > quantity. Asylum has amazing pacing, beautiful level design, great astmosphere. It feels like a cat and mouse game with horror elements as Batman is put to the ultimate test in Joker's deranged game. City is still good but it just feels like Batman farting about for a lark. It's even established in the plot that he could leave the City at any time and just wanted to be there. Not knocking City, it's a great game but Asylum was a masterpiece that redefined a whole genre of gaming. City was just "Oh you liked this? Well here's even more of it!"
