There's a ton of good youtubers with excellent videos and information that are free, some are comparable to stuff you'd see on Discovery or Nat Geo. Thinking it offers nothing of value is dumb.

This. Not to mention there are literal licensed doctors, psychiatrists, teachers, etc on there as well.

Video is a terrible medium for getting information across because it's temporal by nature.

Many if not most YTers put the relevant sources in the description or pinned comment of the video.

I got tired of swapping the one R5 I had among 3 characters so this should help lessen that need.

My most pressing matter right now is adding some sort of cardio to my typical exercise (which is pretty much all strength training atm). I just ordered a bike stand so I'll be able to exercise using my bike in a more convenient way.

I did as a kid, but it's more or less under control now. Scanners and paperless offerings help a ton with paper-related clutter. Also, separating things that I am using/going to use vs things I'm keeping for no particular reason, and taking pictures of the latter before getting rid of them.

My mom still has it pretty bad though. It was among the reasons that motivated me to move out.

If you want to think, feel, and be challenged by something, pick up something by Nabokov or Allen Ginsburg. That depends on TC's sleep need. How much sleep one needs varies from person to person. For example, I can't function on 5 hrs but 7.5 hrs is ideal.

And despite some of the comments ITT, fulfilling your sleep need is important as that's when your body repairs itself and processes your memories, and not doing so can lead to negative effects such as impaired memory/cognition, moodiness and being more prone to accidents (as well as increased risk for more serious health issues like heart disease and reduced immune system function if done for an extended period).

And to TC, I counted 19 hrs used per day (assuming a 40 hr workweek); what are you doing with the other 5? And surely you have some free time on weekends?
