Write it down ahead of time and take the piece of paper with you. You can always say you just wrote some thoughts on it if they ask.. or you might feel comfortable enough to ask the actual question.

Most therapists will make time at the end of the first session for questions or thoughts as well :)

that's smart... idk how we're going to fit all of this in the first session though
