The word "preference" does not imply hard dealbreakers. People date and even marry outside of their preferences every day. Saying you prefer redheads doesn't suggest that you'd never date a blonde even if your life depended on it. Why does "preference" change meanings when it comes to dating?

And people can judge people based on their preferences because human beings forming opinions on each others based on their words, actions, beliefs is kind of just how society and human interactions work.
Er sexuality and sexual orientation are at the very top when it comes to compatibility and deal breakers. And it's a bit of a false equivalence to comparing it to other preferences, which can change overtime.
But in general I think it's best to let it happen naturally out of someone's own free will.

Especially when it comes to sexuality and sexual orientation, which are mostly innate. You can't a lesbian to date out of her preference of dating other lesbians and date cis men instead? That's not happening. Same with vice versa. Sexuality is innate. Most Hetero cis Men want to date cis women. Unless they are bi, pansexual or whatever. There's really no point in forcing someone to date outside their preferences and then shaming them when they won't.

It's personal. It can be racial, religious, hobbies, political ideologies, or whatever.

You can judge people on their preferences all you want, but at the end of the day it's their choice. You can't force someone to like you.

There's a lot of girls I'm attracted to online that I know won't swipe right on me. I'm not in the top 10%. Maybe I don't share their religious values, hobbies, or they aren't physically attracted to me. What's the point of me getting riled up that I don't meet their standards or type, which are preferences? Dating is a numbers game, especially for dudes and minorities. I don't take it personal and I move on.

Again in the case of the trans community, it's even more important because their safety is a risk unfortunately. Especially trans women.

Do you believe a trans person is obligated to reveal thst fact immediately? Even if post op and casual dating?
I imagine the LGBTQ community as a whole recommends to as soon as possible. Like by the end of the first date at least. Because safety is top priority, especially for trans women.

And it weeds out people that wouldn't be good matches with you anyway.

https://datingroo-au.com/lgbt/transgenders/disclosing-gender-identity/

BunkerBoy posted...
There's no obligation to continue the date, but calling it deception is insulting
I disagree.

And there are trans women that also agree with that as well.

https://thepostmillennial.com/yes-when-dating-you-must-disclose-youre-trans/

It's up to a trans person when they want to, but it just makes sense to get it out of the way on the dating profile or by the end of the first date at the latest. Unfortunately there is violence against trans women.

Without the violence though, most people do equate gender Identity to something as important as sexual orientation. So yes, it's important to everyone. Because people don't want their time wasted.

Personally, rhe vast majority of trans women I've seen on dating apps like tinder have disclosed they are trans on their profile. Which I think is great. My preference is cis women, but it weeds out people for everyone on both sides.

Even if only 12% of the total population is interested in dating trans right now, there's someone for everyone. Be upfront what you want, and dating will be much easier for everyone. How much you disclose about yourself is up to you. But there are bigger deal breakers than others and it should be in both parties interest to save each other the time to date people who want to date with them and have the best compatibility too. At the end of the day, everyone has their own preference. Don't waste time trying to convince people to date outside their preference, no matter what it is. Their preference is as personal as yours and should be respected.

I'm not posting again after this.

This is not the same thing. But if he brings up kids, yeah they should. Truth be told, she should put that she doesn't want kids in her profile (unless she wants to adopt or whatever).

No, you just fucking hate trans women and think of them as subhuman trash, but you're too cowardly to be direct so you ignore holes in your hateful, bullshit opinions. There is no justice in this world if you find love. What do girls think of your tiny penis you announce before a date?
The world is not out to get you. You can't just label anyone who disagrees with you as transphobic, . otherwise you're not gonna have any allies left other than your small bubble. There are reasonable people who don't want to date trans people because that's their personal preference, and they can't be forced to. Just like no gay person should be forced to date a straight person or vice versa. Hell not even sex, or sexual orientation, but whatever preference. Could be their religion, background, class. It's a personal thing. Let people be. People will naturally come around if they are interested.

The real enemies are people who don't want to give trans people their basic freedom and take away down them. I.e. Mostly right wing politicians/ conservatives.

If he prefers cisgender women, he prefers cisgender women. I still think he showed his true colours at the end there and comes off looking like a wankstain. Not that I expect a fed topic to go well, but that's how I feel.

However, this whole thing started because he went somewhere dangerous to stir shit up. He got what he wanted and he got away with it. In addition, he's utterly revelled in the positive attention he's got from the right. He's embarked on media tours and consistently tried to capitalise on the attention focused on him. He can't do that and then complain about the negative attention.
Is he really, or is he feeling the consequences of taking a life? I haven't seen him show remorse for the people he killed. He might have, but probably thought it was incriminating if he did. I dunno.

Better than any Republican president or candidates we've had so far. He's not a nut job. I would take him again over any Republican candidate. There's a few things I liked what he did or tried doing, but was blocked/impeded by republicans, like the student loan forgiveness thing.

We should have age limits for politicians though, if not mental and physical health checks. Not just president. But that also means no Bernie Sanders (as president), since he is doing well mentally for his age. Not that he has a chance anyway with the DNC plotting against him. But yeah Pelosi and McConnell definitely need to fucking go.
