I don't agree with this. I'm all about a good game redemption story. Look at No Man's Sky for instance. It was almost universally panned for being an objectively bad experience, and not at all what the developer said it was going to be. It's the same thing here. Will Cyberpunk ever be what they said it was going to be? Of course not. Is it an objectively bad game? No. It's made better now than it was at launch.

Bringing Jaheira with me to the Lower City was a good idea. Getting her lay of the land is invaluable, and I love the subtle storytelling of her past if you know about it. She's a briar patch, but she's very motherly.

Of course my explorations make me go through things backwards. I got to the Basilisk Gate's jail, bought a key off of a rat merchant, then saw a manhole cover that led into the sewers. I went in, and saw that Orin kidnapped Lae'zel from my camp, and wants me to kill Gortash. The Emperor wants me to explore nearby, so I go into his hideout from the back entrance, then ambush the Gith'yanki that were to set upon me. I went up one flange of their pincer attack, killed one of the planar portal guardians outright, used Insect Swarm to cloud the Gith Paladin, and spent the rest of the time using Telekinesis from Gale to make a meat missile out of the dead Gith to kill the rest of them.

He's doing everything he can to make the platform untenable. There are absolutely things worth paying for, but the service needs to be a fuck of a lot better than it is.

I finally made it into the Lower City. I managed to save the councilor by bluffing my way through the guards, using Astarion to pickpocket the keys from the patrolling guard, and used an invisibility scroll on her to sneak her out from under her nose. I read about a broken part of the fort that I could have exploited for entrance, but I couldn't find where it was. Oh well. No matter. No one died, and no one was the wiser.

I'm not sure why your first response to hearing about a homeless guy in your neighborhood at midnight is to get your drone to surveil him, but you do you, I guess.

Playing with my friends is an experience. One is actually pretty decent despite never having played any DnD or TTRPGs, but he runs into some mechanics issues. The other, despite playing DnD pretty frequently is just so completely inept that part of me wonders if it's a roleplay, except I know from experience that he can't roleplay worth shit.

My summoned Imp has genuinely had more contributions than him and his animal companions this campaign and I didn't even get the Imp until level 3.

He plays it like me. I want to do this, and damn the consequences.

I don't trust either Raphael or The Emperor. I hope a 3rd option presents itself.
