I'd be interested in a new Diablo game but I will absolutely NOT play a games as a service game that expects me to play the game on its schedule rather than my own. This is why I am waiting for it to drop to 10 bux before I buy it. It is one thing for a game to be a micro-transaction fueled live service game. It is another thing to charge 70 dollars for the game itself on top of that. AbstraktProfSC2 posted... ill bite. Even outside of this event the game will have time limited content like battle passes, buy stuff type events, etc. Activision marketing leans very heavy on the FOMO method of getting people to buy stuff. Error1355 posted... I would assume the actual release has this mechanic too, right? World bosses can be killed once per week for legendary drops. How exactly they determine which will spawn and when is unknown to me.
