Yeah I had a philly cheesesteak last night, first time in a while. Massive acid reflux, haha.

I've also found out that dead hangs is a great forearm workout, really makes them pop. It's also improving my grips strength which is great! Because my left hand grip got a lot weaker from a pinched nerve a few years ago.

Strength is starting to wan in my chest. However, I may not need to cut down as much as I thought, I'm looking pretty lean, especially in the mornings, visible abs, obliques coming in. So that's good I suppose.

It's just a crazy thing for something like this to be kept under wraps and planned for all this time. Only one person (well, I think he might have told a few people) know what it is. I believe hearing that the One Piece is not the end, and the finale saga will happen afterward.

For sure. It's hard, and extremely rare in writing to hit every thread with such precision that it's going please the mass majority. I love One Piece, but the reality is the sheer length is a detriment to that mystery. I'll go along with it no matter what it is because Oda for the most part makes sense of all the plot threads going on, so as long as it fits I'll be fine with the outcome.

Of course it could also be on the rare side of the other coin of Oda and just be complete dogshit, but I don't think that would ruin the overall story for me. I don't see this one happening though.

I switched over to team AMD a littler over a year go after my pervious GPU burned out on me. Love it so far, no issues at all. A lot quieter too.

I think whatever the One Piece is will be disappointing, but I think that's ok.

I'm actually more interested on when Luffy's actual dream will be revealed.

How easy would it be for me to acquaint myself with the system if I wanted to try this game? Are there any skill paths or something that are easier to ignore the initiative system in combat? In theory, I don't like how much variance you can have in it.

I'll reiterate that only experience I have on this type of game was Divinity 2, which admittedly I gave up(stopped) on about 20 hours in. The game was great, it just never clicked.

This game clicked right away, and imo, I don't think the the skill paths, or the initiative system is what is going to turn people away, that stuff is great, and somewhat easy to follow. The thing that might turn people off is just the how hard the the battles can be.

My biggest complaint right now is actually just party movement, because my my group likes to run over traps all. the. time.

I'd say give it a shot.

I normally don't play these sort of games, and I've never played the other Baldur's Gate games either. Is this an easy jumping on point?

I would say so, as I was on the same boat and bought this purely on a whim. Granted I have played Divinity 2, too, and got somewhat far into the game but it just never quite clicked.

This clicked almost instantly for me.

I was having trouble against him too, but I ended up luring him to the rafters and having Karlach knock him off for a ton of damage.

Thats when I learned I need to make sure I have misty step, such a good traversal spell.

Murdered the entire goblin camp, they left me no choice.

It made sense back then because you could actually afford things right after high school back in the day on pretty much any job.

Then they fucked it all up.

As much as I like power verses topics, Dragonball is too far inconsistent with its feats and defeats that it's hard to accurately gauge anything involving it. It also started very, very gag heavy, and those gags persisted even when it got more 'serious'. Like Goku and Vegeta can tank black holes and absolute zero in Super, but then Goku gets knocked out by a laser gun, haha.

Yeah, the sheer amount of ways you can deal with enemies is kind of staggering. I've been recently just luring enemies to high spots and then just shoving them off, and it works wonders.

Stop projecting, this is what you want. Take a minute and think, if this delved into any semblance of a reality TV show, Trump would just be further incriminating himself every step of the way. If he speaks, it would just be pleading the 5th.

Court case is not meant to riveting TV, this isn't Judge Judy.

People want it televised so all the facts are laid out, this is especially useful for the dolts who don't, refuse, or wont' even take a second to read the actual indictments. Anyone with a brain knows that Trump should be utterly fucked here, the only reason there is any semblance of him not being is because the judiciary and the courts are operating on a two to three tier justice system. The fact Trump is still walking around is the biggest joke right now.

You are downplaying the amount of corruption and the amount of people who were comfortable with it. Which hopefully will be fully laid out during the trial.

I might be remembering wrong, but killing Wrex here oddly enough gives you more war assets from the Krogan in ME3.

Yeah game definitely jumps in difficulty after a few hours in. I got absolutely destroyed in a battle.

Dark Biden is great. The fact it makes the right angry about it is even better.

Also, just for reference, I'm not very far in, but if it is like Divinity 2, movement(movement abilities/spells, ect) is essential if you want to make things 'easier'.

If it's anything like Divinity 2, I would recommend quick saving a lot. That's all I'll say.

Damn the cutscene integration of the player character are embarrassing though.

It's definitely jarring at times.

Other than that the only issue I've ran into is sometimes the dialogue gets cut short.

This game is fucking dense tho, getting overwhelmed haha.

Ver satisfying episode, ending is great too. Episode 9 gonna be crazy.
