Authentic Japanese food sucks. They're mostly bland and the flavor mostly comes from shoyu and others.

Calling it part 1 would dampen the hype.
Same reason Infinity war dropped the part 1 from the title and renamed part 2 to Endgame.
They're already announced it will be a trilogy anyway when they announced spider verse 2.

There's definitely some complains, but it doesn't matter anyway.
Infinity War did the same so it mitigated them.

There is nothing Rogue Like about it random generated dungeons existed way before rogue like was a thing and P5 doesnt have them.

And in 3 and 4 the random generated dungeon are the filler floors, boss floors are static.
P5 have them in Memento.
